This is just a quick update for the "real" baja race fans out there. These results are in no way official and we get them at CoverIt Live while there are still tons of guys out there racing. So without disrespect to them as we could not confirm the results as such.  Spending actually a lot of time getting the site working as well as tried to get our "mother website" www.puro-off-road.com back online. Long story, even more work to do so and we did not make it at Puro Offroad yet we believe we maintained a reasonable service here  . Why otherwise would all the people have been visiting here. At 6 a.m. Saturday for the motorcycle and ATV classes in the Tecate SCORE Baja 500 got left of the leash, followed by the car and truck classes three hours after the last ATV at approximately 10 a.m. With vehicles starting one every 30 seconds in the elapsed-time race, it will start and finish in front of the Riviera del Pacifico Cultural Center on Boulevard Costero in the heart of Ensenada, leaving and returning into the city through the spectator-laden Arroyo Wash. Good morning race fans! It's a beautiful morning in Ensenada and just like in Indianapolis and the 500 at the brickyard the call for: "Racers - Start your engines" is here! We at BajaRacing Live, your Baja Racing News Webcast source wishing all racers and race teams a great race. We are looking forward to watch you guys dicing it out at the race course fair and square. We believe this years Baja 500 will be more watched as ever before just alone for the reason that many teams been forced to cancel the plans to participate for economic reasons. To bad, it's also sad for all the La Paz folks and the Baja Sur race fans since this year would been "our" race with the finish line in La Paz. We gonna get the race another time - today it's Ensenada and Baja desert Racing with all them race pilots - the racers in the 4 wheel car classes have a little more time while the 2wheel artists are living right now from the starting grid. Southern California’s Larry Roeseler, the all-time most-wins, active racer in all of desert racing, enters tomorrow's 41st Annual Tecate SCORE Baja 500 with 16 class wins, including 11 overall victories in this race. Roeseler will lead nearly 275 vehicles expected to enter, including 68 racers who have already entered and who have combined for 183 class wins in this popular summer classic. Round 3 of the five-race 2009 SCORE Desert Series, the second-oldest desert race in the world and part of the World’s Foremost Desert Racing Series, will feature over 275 entries, competing in 28 Pro and 6 Sportsman classes for cars, trucks, motorcycles and ATVs. It will be held June 4-7 in Ensenada, Mexico. Live event from Ensenada, Baja California for the 2009 SCORE Tecate Baja 500. For everyone, the fans, the racers, the SCORE people, this "Contingency Row" and technical inspection is like a huge Mardi Gras, a cross between the Oktoberfest and the Le Mans 24 Hours under the Pacific sun. The jamboree goes late into the night, which means not all the fans, that enthusiastically drank margaritas and cervecas all day, will make it on Saturday morning to see the motorbikes and ATV head off into the desert and 6am, followed by the Buggys and Trucks from 10am.
